You have found the right place!

We are proud to have an award winning competition team, but the trophies are not our main focus.

Leap and Learn

Jill Ruff, MDA's director, is the only tested and certified "Leap N Learn" teacher in our area.

Busy families have many choices for after school activities. Here are a few points to consider when enrolling your child in dance classes:

  • The Dance Academy is celebrating its 12th successful year.
  • We were awarded a Marietta Times 2012 Reader's Choice Award.
  • Costumes, music and movements are age appropriate AT ALL TIMES.
  • Proper technique, fundamentals and discipline are taught to all ages.
  • Our teaching staff continues their education to share with their students.
  • We bring in guest artists for weekend workshops at reasonable prices.
  • We offer our students many local performing opportunities.

We invested in a professional flooring system for the safety of our dancers and staff. Since most dance shoes have very little cushioning or support, repetitive actions of high impact movements can lead to stress on major joints. A “floating floor” reduces the risk of injury.
